About Tania Haldar: Creating spaces for more
meaningful conversations in work and life

Backstory
Tania Haldar I Corporate Wellness Facilitator I Creator of MidDay Pause™ I Storyteller helping people and organizations reconnect with meaning. She is the Founder of One Door Media, Antiquity Soul & Vision One World
Her work began through small, in-person community gatherings that created space for people to pause, reflect, and reconnect with clarity and direction.
She now brings that same approach into organizations — helping teams step out of constant demand and return to their work more intentionally.

The MidDay Pause™ is one expression of a broader body of work. Through One Door Media and Vision One World, Tania also creates:
-
Story-driven media and interviews
-
Community-based reflection gatherings
-
Human-centred initiatives that explore meaning, connection, and purpose
These projects are united by one idea:
When people are given space to pause, they begin to see more clearly.
I work at the intersection of human connection, storytelling, and meaningful conversation — both within organizations and across communities.
As the founder of One Door Media, I lead corporate sessions through The MidDay Pause™ where I help teams step away from constant output to reset, reflect, and reconnect. These sessions are designed to improve clarity, communication, and overall team wellbeing in a simple but impactful way.
I design intentional spaces where people can pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters — both in the workplace and beyond.
My work began over two decades ago through storytelling. While living in India, I created a documentary exploring the impact of media and the overexposure of celebrity culture — a project that later aired on national television, was featured at the India Habitat Centre, and unexpectedly found its way to the University of Iowa’s main library. As an immigrant to Canada, I’ve come to realize something that continues to shape my work: across borders, cultures, and environments, human beings are far more similar than they are different. At our core, we all seek clarity, connection, and meaning.
That understanding has stayed with me.
Today, I bring this philosophy into the workplace through The Midday Pause — a guided 60-minute experience designed to help teams step out of constant demand, reset mentally, and return to work with clarity and intention.
Alongside this, through my not for profit company, Vision One World and initiatives like Heroes of the Phoenix Rising, WeWise and the Antiquity United Circle, I continue to create spaces for storytelling, reflection, and conversations that bring people back to core human values.
My work has been featured on Rogers TV Cable 10, InHalton TV. I have also been recognized as a finalist in the Bell Business Excellence Awards and as a nominee for Entrepreneur of the Year.
In a world that is constantly moving, my work is about creating moments where people can simply stop — and think clearly again. If your team is exploring ways to support focus, clarity, and more intentional ways of working, I’d be happy to connect.
More on my other businesses:
I am also the Founder & Director of Antiquity United Ltd., a Toronto-based parent company developing premium, ethically driven consumer brands in home décor and fine jewelry. Under Antiquity United Ltd., I lead two direct-to-consumer brands to be launched formally Spring 2026:
Antiquity Home Decor – A sustainable e-commerce brand offering 100% recycled, eco-friendly décor.
Soul Pendants by Antiquity – A luxury 925 sterling silver pendant collection with natural semi-precious stones.
In addition to building consumer brands, I am now filing my calendar up to speak and consult on aligning personal fulfillment with professional performance. My talks and workshops focus on:
Self-awareness and life alignment + Repurposing life goals – Redirecting personal purpose and passion to enhance job performance and personal satisfaction. I draw on lived experiences—from building multiple businesses to breaking free from decades of personal challenges—to connect authentically with audiences. A portion of my profits supports my not-for-profit, Vision One World, which tackles loneliness, mass media etc.
So if you’re an organization looking to bring more intention, clarity, and human connection into your team culture through The MidDay Pause™ or if you’re interested in supporting community-driven storytelling initiatives, I’d love to connect.
