DIRECTIONS:

Please follow step by step directions for all custom / special orders, packaging orders:

1) Please EMAIL a detailed report on the following:

You brand, colours, theme, idea, design - please be as descriptive as you can for your package design and add sample images if you have. Please also add the following:

- Size (thickness, handle, EVA. Please check image below for size guidance)

- Quantity Requested
- Final delivery approximate date/month

2. After receiving your mail, we will go through the details and get back to you with any questions that we may have regarding the design along with an approximate quote.

3. After an agreed upon quote and t&c, we will start our work. (75% of the bill will be due at this point)

4. We will provide you with a digital proof within the discussed upon time frame before the sample is made. (Samples are strongly suggested for large orders)

4. Upon receiving your digital proof, please send us any edits, if any, to be incorporated.

5. After the digital proof is approved, we will proceed with the sample within the discussed upon time frame.

6. Upon receiving your sample, please send us any edits, if any, to be incorporated.

7. After the sample is approved, we will proceed with the final production work. Once an order has gone into production, no further changes can be made, and no returns / exchange etc is possible at this point.

6. Your shipment will be directly delivered to your door at which point, the remaining 25% of the bill will must be paid upon delivery.
