Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing & Branding Lead to develop and execute marketing strategies across both brands. You’ll be responsible for brand positioning, digital campaigns, content strategy, and social media growth and your role will be extended across both brands.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies for two distinct premium brands

Manage social media channels, website content, and email campaigns

Coordinate photoshoots, visual branding, and promotional materials

Track and analyze marketing performance to optimize ROI

Collaborate with operations and sales staff to ensure cohesive campaigns
Requirements:

3+ years experience in marketing, branding, or digital strategy

Strong understanding of social media platforms, Wix, and digital advertising

Experience in luxury, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands preferred

Strong communication, organization, and creative skills

Passion for ethical, eco-friendly, and premium products
Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 per year, plus potential performance bonuses

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated sales professional to drive online and offline sales for both brands. This is a commission-based, part-time role, perfect for someone with experience in lifestyle, luxury, or e-commerce sales.
Responsibilities:

Drive sales through outreach, online channels, and client relationships

Communicate brand story and product benefits to potential clients

We are looking for a detail-oriented operations support professional to help with daily workflow, inventory management, and general brand operations.
Role Overview:
You’ll support both brands in operations, including inventory, order management, coordination with suppliers, and general administrative support.
Responsibilities:

Assist with inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping coordination

Support marketing and sales staff with operational needs

Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and expenses

Help optimize workflow across both brands
Requirements:

Prior experience in operations, e-commerce, or retail support preferred
